Peerless

When I saw this article about Andrea Pirlo in today's Guardian, it reminded me of our discussion of the word "peerless" in last Thursday's class.

    i think Pirlo is not a peerless,but a talented footballer. The peerless ones are Pele,Maradona, Cruyff, Puskas, Ronaldo C., Messi etc.

    i think he is talented footballer. i watched his goal for Swindon. it is amazing, but i think he should improve himself and also being a peerless needs more than talent...
